Head Chef Opportunity in Multan

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a fine dining restaurant in Multan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment, with a culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred. They will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team, as well as excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Menu Development: Develop new menus and dishes that reflect the restaurant's concept and style.
  2. Inventory Management: Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  3. Team Supervision: Train, coach, and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques.
  4. Food Safety: Ensure all food safety standards are followed in the kitchen at all times.
  5. Event Planning: Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions.
  6. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment.
  2. Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  3. Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
