Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Manager Procurement Logistics Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in procurement logistics and have a strong background in supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement-related matters.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive rates and conduct market surveys.
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Provide support in various organizational activities, including meetings, events, and program reviews.
  • Authorize the ordering of necessary goods and services.
  • Finalize order details and coordinate deliveries.
  • Review and revise existing contracts as needed.
  • Lead operational functions, including planning, organizing, and controlling.
  • Offer specialized support to other departments and managers.
  • Oversee quality and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with staff on event arrangements and provide reports to GM Operations.
  • Oversee Mess operations and report to GM Operations.
