Lead System Quality Assurance Specialist

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the software system testing process, ensuring the effective execution of quality assurance principles. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Software Quality Assurance and excellent leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute departmental policies and standard operating procedures, select and develop people and resources necessary for quality assurance functions, and ensure appropriate scheduling of quality resources/personnel to projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage expertise to lead the quality assurance process, including developing and executing policies and procedures.
- Select, train, and develop quality assurance personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of quality initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems impacting the quality of products or services.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
- 6-8 years of related work experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience working with real-time embedded software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
