Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software testing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and test new software applications according to business and functional requirements.
  2. Lead the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts.
  3. Apply test methodology, engineering, and product knowledge in the design of tests and testing strategies for the analysis and certification of products.
  4. Function as a subject matter expert in the testing discipline with an in-depth understanding of software testing techniques, practices, policies, and procedures.
  5. Coach others on various testing approaches and techniques, providing functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable institution.
  2. At least one year of experience in quality control/quality assurance.
  3. High proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, AJAX, XHTML, DHTML, XML, UML, and MS Visio.
  4. Strong knowledge of ISO and QMS or CMMi.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.
