**Job Profile:** Sales Executive - Solar Products

About the Company:

We are a leading provider of solar products and services.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent sales skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
  • They will also have a basic understanding of solar systems and be willing to learn more.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Approach and assist walk-in customers, explaining product features and pricing.
  • Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed sales.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of solar systems to potential buyers.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up via calls and in-person visits.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or electrical trade is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales (preferably in solar, electronics, or related fields). Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication.
    • Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
    • Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 25,000 per month.
  • Commission: Competitive percentage on every sale (uncapped earning potential).
  • Incentives: Bonuses for exceeding targets.
