Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Sr QHSE Professional to lead and deliver key quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement company policies and procedures related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • Ensure compliance with IMS certification requirements globally.
  • Provide support and guidance to facilitate the implementation of IMS standards.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific quality assurance plans.
  • Identify required training needs and provide induction programs for new employees.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
  • Liaise with external auditors on certification, audit, and payment matters.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on IMS processes.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing processes and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, conducting, and closing audits.
  • Lead Auditor certification and auditing experience.
