Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

The role of a digital marketing executive is pivotal in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand presence, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements to enhance online reputation.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Manage CRM tools, sales funnels, and lead generation strategies to drive business development.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute targeted cold emailing and calling campaigns to generate potential business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or business development. They must possess exceptional communication skills and be able to analyze market trends.

Required Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and brand development.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategic marketing plans.
  • Experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
