Senior Technology Leader Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the company's technical strategy by aligning it with business objectives, identifying key performance indicators, and developing strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional IT teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to ensure their success in software development, infrastructure management, and DevOps.
  • Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and compliance across all platforms.
  • Ensure system security by monitoring networks, servers, and databases for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with key departments to optimize workflows and enable seamless digital transformation.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI, automation, and ERP solutions where applicable, promoting continuous improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain-related systems.
  • Proven expertise in managing technology projects, leading IT teams, and implementing new systems.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, system integrations, ERP systems, infrastructure planning, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and familiarity with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain-related systems.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation technologies.
