Key Responsibilities:- Participate in regular ward rounds with consultants to assess patient progress and implement effective treatment plans.
- Accurately complete pre-operative assessments, documenting all relevant information.
- Cultivate strong relationships with primary teams to ensure seamless transitions in patient care.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, including clinical notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries.
- Develop and refine procedural skills, exercising caution to minimize risks and complications.
- Effectively communicate post-operative instructions and medication details to patients, ensuring clear understanding.
- Remain current with infection control guidelines, adhering to established standards.
- MBBS degree from a reputable institution.
- FCPS part I in General Surgery certification.
- Completion of one year internship, including six months in Surgery and allied disciplines and six months in Medicine and allied fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
