- Team Support: Provides guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Email Content Creation: Works with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize email content that engages audiences.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyzes performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and makes data-driven decisions.
- Email List Management: Manages and segments email lists to effectively target specific audiences.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and engaging email content.
- Campaign Performance Measurement: Generates and presents detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
- Strong leadership skills & solid experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
