Senior Full Stack Developer Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in the field of software development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the front-end and back-end systems of our organization. Your expertise will guide technical projects from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage both front-end and back-end applications, leveraging your knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and server-side frameworks (Node.js)
  • Lead the design and implementation of database architecture, optimizing data management practices for improved scalability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently
  • Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure continuous growth
  • Participate in strategic planning, bringing innovative solutions to technical challenges and driving business success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in programming languages and software development methodologies
  • Back-End: Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB) and server-side frameworks (Node.js), with experience in implementing cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and familiar with collaborative workflows, including branching and merging techniques
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a focus on software development and engineering principles
  • Additional Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
