
HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position, specifically capable in people management.
The successful candidate will handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. They will also coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
