SRE Role for IT Service Management and Monitoring

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for building resilient monitoring systems, improving application observability, and ensuring efficient performance monitoring.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who can work independently to design and implement alerting mechanisms using monitoring and logging tools to detect and resolve potential issues proactively.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Splunk and APM tools like Datadog, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of experience in ITIL/ITSM process management
  2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Datadog or equivalent APM tools
  3. Proficiency in Splunk for data analysis and visualization
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
