Job Summary

The incumbent will oversee the seamless coordination and management of all administrative support services. This involves ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative activities, providing proactive support to various functions, and adhering to guidelines set by senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement policies and procedures for day-to-day activities such as security, safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in developing strategic plans for administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff leaves and attendance, working closely with HR and Accounts for salary data and disbursements.
  • Supervise purchases of stationery items, kitchen essentials, and other local supplies.
