Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve internal processes, policies, and tools.
  2. Research and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through clear and concise writing and verbal skills.
  4. Ensure efficient record-keeping and follow-up on actionable meeting items.
  5. Manage the Executive calendar, scheduling meetings with clients and employees.
  6. Manage time off requests and coverage within the Management team.
  7. Manage the company's virtual phone system and daily messages.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in virtual administration.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of successfully organized initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations processes and optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the aptitude to learn new skills quickly.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research competencies.
  • Basic technical knowledge and/or experience in the IT industry.
