Talent Acquisition Executive Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include job posting, screening and interviewing candidates, and onboarding.

You will help shape our employer brand strategy and oversee the recruitment process while maintaining the candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategic HR development practices with the help of People management for long-term business goals and objectives, taking care of HR operations including HR policy making, employer branding, employee grievances, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hiring potential candidates on time for both technical and non-technical positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  3. Source and attract highly skilled technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  8. Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
  9. Responsible for headhunting to attract a quality resource pipeline.
  10. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations.
  12. Onboarding and off-boarding of employees and completing the relevant paperwork.
  13. Coordinating and managing employee engagement activities.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process.
  15. Maintain a database of candidates along with documents on ATS (Clickup).
  16. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
