Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess excellent proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, and good communication skills in English.

This is a work-from-home position that requires the ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) for approximately 10 hours a day. The schedule may be adjusted as needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Bid comparison for materials and subcontractors
  2. Follow-ups with materials and contractors via email and phone calls
  3. Creating schedules using Excel/MS Project
  4. Cost analysis
  5. Drawing, BOQ, and quantities take-off
  6. Assisting with tasks related to finance, credit card billing, tax returns, and daily operations
  7. Communicating over the phone with contacts for material procurement and subcontractor follow-ups
  8. Managing tasks such as travel arrangements, ticket bookings, hotel reservations, etc.
  9. Real estate research for lands or homes

The employment will start with a probation period of 1 to 3 months, after which performance will be reviewed.
