About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in preparing Edge Talent for success by aligning candidate profiles with client expectations and delivering personalized coaching. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our candidates, the satisfaction of our clients, and the continued growth of our global talent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically match candidates' experience, skills, and credentials with suitable client opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping meets evolving client demands.
- Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
- Serve as the liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
- Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client demands.
Professional experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, communication, or a related field is required. A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is strongly preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, are required.
