We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to join our team at iplex. This role involves leading and managing various projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Communication: Collaborate with international clients from the US and Canada to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Resource Management: Oversee a team of developers and designers, allocating resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  3. Project Timelines: Manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  4. Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between developers and clients, and vice versa, to resolve issues and clarify expectations.
  5. Project Reporting: Provide regular updates to upper management on project progress, resource utilization, and any challenges faced.
  6. Project Ownership: Own project requirements and oversee their successful delivery, adapting to changing client needs.
  7. Clients and Requirements: Be flexible and responsive to shifting client demands and expectations.
  8. Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Jira, Podio, Asana, and Monday to manage projects efficiently.
  9. Strategic Ideas: Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client handling capabilities within the organization.
  10. Quality Assurance: Serve as a quality assurance point for developers and solution architect for designers.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Hold a degree in any field, with relevant experience being advantageous.
  2. Experience as Communications Specialist: Prior working experience as a communications specialist for 2 years is desirable.
  3. Language Skills: Possess fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Skill Sets: Display outstanding organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Web Design Experience: Having experience in web design and content production is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. 1.5-2 Years of Experience: Possess 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager (Technical).
