About the Position

This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. We're seeking an experienced leader to manage our team and contribute to the development of a full-service offering across strategy, media planning, digital, social media, PR, and creative communications.

  • The successful candidate will oversee all digital marketing operations, assess existing initiatives, devise new strategies to increase revenue, and create a collaborative team culture that is customer-focused and performance-driven.
  • Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, measuring ROI and KPIs, tracking SEO and Google Analytics data, and making complex analysis to drive business growth.
  • Ambitious candidates with experience leading high-performing marketing teams are encouraged to apply for this challenging position.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience effectively leading marketing teams, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of organic search and rankings, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, mobile, and overall digital marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of media measurement, including recommending the right measurement and analytics solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills, with a passion for developing and retaining high-performing clients.
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects, measure ROI and KPIs, track SEO and Google Analytics data, and make complex analysis.
