
Digital Marketing Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As the Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in generating sales and expanding our client base through multiple freelancing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Freelancing Platform Management: Manage and optimize our presence on various freelancing platforms, including Upwork and Fiverr. Create and maintain compelling profiles that showcase our services and past successes.
- Lead Generation: Proactively search for potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms that align with our expertise. Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and assess client requirements.
- Proposal Development: Prepare professional and persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs. Clearly communicate the value of our services, unique selling points, and competitive pricing to secure new projects.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients on freelancing platforms. Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and conduct meetings to understand their marketing objectives better.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.
- Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets in collaboration with the management team and work diligently to achieve or surpass them. Continuously monitor progress and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Facilitate effective communication between clients and the project teams to ensure project success.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas of growth and differentiation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for presentation to the management team.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in generating sales and business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in working with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to articulate our services effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proficient in using various productivity and communication tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
