Email Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimizing performance through A/B testing, and maintaining campaign data within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign performance tracking. They should be proficient in setting up and managing Salesforce accounts for new users or clients, uploading and mapping campaign data at the beginning of each month, configuring and launching monthly marketing campaigns, and conducting A/B testing on templates, domains, sender IDs, and subject lines to improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an effective email marketing strategy, including campaign setup and management, data upload and mapping, campaign launch and tracking, and A/B testing and optimization.
- Campaign Execution: Execute and monitor daily email campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery, track email performance metrics, including delivery rates, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead Nurturing and Monitoring: Monitor webmail inboxes to ensure emails are forwarded correctly for nurturing, identify and flag positive responses for the sales team to follow up.
- Campaign Activity Logging: Log campaign activities and updates in JIRA or other project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of email campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Experience in lead nurturing and email deliverability best practices.
- Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
