Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO Compliance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards across all relevant departments and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards, policies, and procedures across all relevant departments and processes.
  • Develop, update, and maintain ISO documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Train employees and stakeholders on ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and GDPR requirements, ensuring awareness and understanding of relevant standards throughout the organization.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal ISO audits in accordance with ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015, ensuring findings are addressed promptly and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Guide the team in developing audit reports and present these reports to top management as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance Information Security and Quality Management Systems.
  • Perform risk assessments to identify non-conformities related to ISO standards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review statistical information to analyze the current status of functions for improvement.
  • Ensure control of documents, records, and process change requests.
  • Facilitate linkage between projects, business, and customer priorities using process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the external audit team (ISO certification body) and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of audits and closure of all findings.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer ISO 27001 & 9001 (additional value).
Preferred Skills
  • Good knowledge of dashboards.
  • Automated reporting, and data management presentation.
  • Excellent spoken, report writing skills & sharp analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing & implementing IS0 27001 and ISO 9001 management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and human handling skills to deal with challenges while working on the projects.
  • Excellent customer management and relationship-building skills. Must have a positive and flexible personality.
  • Should be a team player who enjoys working within a target-driven team environment with a positive & professional attitude.
