About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to facilities management, including data analysis, contract review, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. They should possess advanced data analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and HxGN EAM, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be required to have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Contract Review: Review FMD contracts and agreements, and maintain contract data in HxGN EAM.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with AKU users for CQI forms and preparation of monthly CQI reports.
  • Meetings: Coordinate and schedule divisional meetings, and circulate minutes to participants.
  • Cash Management: Manage petty cash funds and prepare statements with financial procedures.
  • FMD Financials: Cost charging of FMD financials, including contract ROPs, PR cost, and other documents.
  • Support: Log complaints through EAM and provide support to internal customers and Facilities Management users.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Skills: Advanced data analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and HxGN EAM, good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu, accounting skills for cash management and handling, and basic document reviewing skills.
