Responsible for leading the project and overall efficient operation of Karachi, Islamabad & Lahore Facility and all infrastructures, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and security alarm systems, Data Center Critical UPS & Precise Cooling System, and all essential supporting equipment. Manage multiple large capital projects other than Facility Operations.

Job Specification
  1. Coordinate all scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel.
  2. Plan downtime for preventive maintenance.
  3. Schedule downtime when necessary for emergency repairs.
  4. Prepare weekly status reports regarding all ongoing projects.
  5. Coordinate special projects with stakeholders and vendors to ensure building compliance.
  6. Develop and maintain good working relationships with seniors, peers, and subordinates.
  7. Develop requests for proposals for high-value, multi-year projects and perform detailed bid analysis.
  8. Initiate, assist, and analyze studies in order to respond to health and safety audits.
  9. Manage and close all Facility Helpdesk Requests through IBM RESO Tool and manage work orders on Maximo.
  10. Responsible for the Data Center Crack Unit & UPS Maintenance.
  11. Prepare monthly, weekly & ticket closure reports including the RCA Reports for Data Center related issues.
  12. Establish programs for preventive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and managing maintenance issues.
  13. Provide support to ongoing projects whenever & wherever required.
  14. Procurement of monthly cleaning & hygiene consumables, MEP consumables & spares for the fixed contract.
  15. Manage and submit proposals to the client for all variation jobs.
