Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and driven Training Professional to assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality training initiatives that support the growth and development of our teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring timely execution and effective logistics management.
  • Develop engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation, attendance, and feedback.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, providing essential guidance and resources.
  • Manage communications and administrative tasks related to training programs.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess training effectiveness and inform future improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and external facilitators to deliver exceptional training experiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs through research and evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic HR or L&D certifications (e.g., SHRM Essentials, Coursera/Lynda HR courses) can be advantageous.
