Job Title: Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to manage our day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage office supplies, consumables items, and maintain housekeeping and orderliness of the office premises.
  • Transportation Management: Manage daily pick-up and drop-off for female staff, maintain staff transport records, and coordinate guest movement schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of office consumables items and perform inventory checks to ensure proper placement.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain standards for a safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior staff, drivers, and cleaners, provide guidance, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
