Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to drive strategic decision-making through advanced data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models using best practices in algorithm selection, tuning, and evaluation.
  • Lead full data science workflows, from defining goals and sourcing data to deployment and monitoring.
  • Develop and refine predictive models using decision trees, gradient boosting, and deep learning techniques.
  • Maintain model performance and ensure reliability and accuracy through ongoing evaluation.
  • Stay current with emerging ML techniques and tools, enhancing model performance and contributing to team growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on predictive analytics and advanced modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL for data analysis and model development.
  • Excellent English communication skills with solid knowledge of statistical methods and ML algorithms.
