Certification Technical Officer Role

This role involves working with government services to ensure the quality and safety of products. The Certification Technical Officer will verify conformity documents, check inspection reports, and evaluate technical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify conformity documents against applicable standards and country regulations.
  • Check inspection reports for VoC Technical aspects and report inspector's performance.
  • Evaluate technical applications and submit for review.
Additional Duties:
  • Document technical files relevant to applications.
  • Manage product certification process requirements for relevant certification schemes.
  • Aquire and maintain knowledge of VoC market and certification schemes.
  • Contribute to overall technical development of VoC and certification schemes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Standards background.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • PC skills and English proficiency required.
Working Relationships:
  • Technical Advisor MER / GS Manager KSA / Deputy Technical Manager / Technical Manager.
  • Conformity manager.

The successful candidate will be a mid-senior level professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will have a good understanding of VoC procedures, programs, requirements, and standards.
