
Regional Sales Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and profitability by meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve zone sales goals, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Relinquish low-performing dealerships and projects while retaining high-value clients, ensuring consistent sales volume targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate logistics efforts to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Compile comprehensive monthly market analysis reports, providing actionable insights for future business decisions and optimizing sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A Master's or MBA degree in Marketing with a minimum 3.0 CGPA, demonstrating academic excellence and strong analytical skills.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the Cement industry, showcasing a proven track record of success and leadership abilities.
