Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new business opportunities during night shifts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation plans to drive business growth, leveraging market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our business objectives.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills, meeting and exceeding sales targets by generating revenue and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
