
Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company procedures align with relevant employment regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing policies and implement changes as necessary to maintain a compliant environment.
- IDentify areas where new policies are required and create them accordingly.
- Lead and train the HR team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, lateness, and overall performance.
- Evaluate the need for training and design programs tailored to the team's needs.
- Support managers and staff by resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
- Establish and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Superior English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective verbalization of ideas.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide the HR team and motivate staff members.
- Thorough understanding of key employment law principles and regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, even in challenging situations like disciplinary hearings or conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with relevant computer systems and software programs.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Unwavering ethics, morals, and sound judgment.
- MBA or BBA degree with specialization in Human Resource Management.
- HR certifications from reputable organizations like CIPD, HRCI, or SHRM are highly valued.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role (Assistant HR Manager).
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial HR position.
Full-time office work arrangement.
Working Hours: 10am - 7pm daily.
LocationBahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi.
