Job Requirements

We are looking for an Organizational Coordinator to join our team at Katib Dot PK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including administrative support, facilities management, and procurement.
  2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  3. Assist the administrative team in ensuring smooth operations.
  4. Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  5. Negotiate contracts with vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality services.
  6. Develop and maintain budgets for administrative functions and monitor expenses.
  7. Implement systems for tracking administrative activities, such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document management.
  8. Support senior management and staff as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

3+ years of experience in organizational coordination or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
