Job Title: International Procurement Expert

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven International Procurement Expert to join our team. This role involves sourcing and onboarding global suppliers and brands to support our Amazon wholesale operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading supplier outreach campaigns, building relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring supplier alignment with strategic product sourcing.

  • Research and identify global suppliers and brand owners suitable for Amazon FBA wholesale
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone calls, and other communication channels
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms
  • Align sourcing activities with Amazon product research and profitability analysis
  • Coordinate internally with the product team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, negotiations, and ongoing communications
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in international supplier sourcing, brand outreach, and Amazon FBA business models is highly preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-focused personality
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
