Marketing Insights Lead

We are seeking a talented Marketing Insights Lead to join our Business Intelligence team in Karachi Division. In this high-impact role, you will play a critical part in driving user acquisition and retention, as well as improving ROI across digital channels.

  • You will analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to inform data-driven growth strategies.
  • You will partner with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
  • You will design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs like CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV.
  • You will build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.
  • You will drive deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in growth hacking, performance analysis, or digital user growth. They will be able to design and execute experiments to drive user growth, as well as analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics roles
  • A strong preference for candidates with experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing Analytics
  • Proven experience in optimizing user funnels, campaign analysis, and running growth experiments
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel for analysis and validation; Python is a plus
  • Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks
