Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant at MISL, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide support during financial audits and assist with the preparation of audit deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least 20 years of experience in the Oil & Energy industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
