About This Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team responsible for the entire supply chain process. As a leader, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for directing and managing all functions involved in purchasing, raw material storage, production operations, warehousing, and logistics. Your primary objective will be to guarantee smooth operations of finished goods logistics and resolve customer matters promptly and efficiently.

In addition, you will be expected to reduce or eliminate blame games among employees in the supply chain division and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results. They will also have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
