Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR professional to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, and HR policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Partner with management to implement HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven HR management experience, with a track record of achieving results and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
