We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Talent Acquisition Executive
to lead and enhance recruitment processes within our HR team. This role involves driving end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and department heads to identify current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and post job descriptions and advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract top talent.
- Source, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Facilitate and manage the interview process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, and other external stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, offering insights to improve hiring processes.
- Lead and participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, recruitment drives, and social media campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior members of the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to ensure competitiveness in attracting talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, reinforcing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in handling senior-level or niche roles.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a strategic mindset for talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools).
- Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
