  • We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and maintenance of products to the highest standards of quality and robustness.

  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, solve challenges, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. We value candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical governance strategies to ensure robust product control and management.

  • Lead new product introductions (NPI) and ensure timely, high-quality launches.

  • Conduct technical risk assessments to identify and manage critical quality attributes (CQAs) and process parameters (CPPs).

  • Support root cause analysis for product or process issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness and technical capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in product development or manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and technical risk management.

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific data to support decision-making.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience in technology transfer and product lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of process chemistry, analytical development, and process engineering.

  • Familiarity with statistical tools like process capability, control charts, and design of experiments (DoE).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.

  • Proficiency in English and local languages.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Pakistan, with opportunities for collaboration across global teams.
