Job Description

This role is a key part of our organization's mission to deliver exceptional service. We're looking for someone who can manage the full rider lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation.

Responsibilities include defining the strategy, creating activation campaigns, conducting deep dive analysis, creating content, and inventing innovative bonuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the acquisition strategy, improving conversion over our onboarding funnels with the aim of maximizing applicant conversion.

The successful candidate will also build partnerships and collaborations that support rider well-being and enhance the overall rider experience. This includes overseeing the lifecycle strategy, setting up and executing campaigns that improve the rider lifecycle, such as improving performance, minimizing churn, reactivating lapsed riders, and project management.

Additionally, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, enabling the individual to work independently and reliably. They should also be proactive and able to lead independent projects, communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, and be process-oriented and data-driven.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of work experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to lead independent projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Process-oriented and data-driven
  • Well versed with G-Suite
