Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Quickstart PK Team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, motivating team members, and analyzing reports to project sales and establish performance targets.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership
    • Cultivate and manage a high-performing sales organization based on the Sales Excellence Plan.
    • Identify, develop, and onboard top sales talent to drive business results.
    • Drive sales performance by effectively guiding your team towards targeted goals and performance levels.
  • Sales Performance
    • Motivate sales associates to promote QuickStart offerings and solutions while ensuring expected metrics are achieved.
    • Develop and execute sales programs to achieve key business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Analyze various sales reports to project sales and establish performance targets.
  • Large Deal Closing
    • Participate in and close large sales opportunities with sales representatives while acting as a mentor.
Job Requirements
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years of contact center or sales experience (preferably).
  • Sales Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales management experience (preferably).
  • Selling IT Skills Content: Experience with selling IT skills content.
  • Internet Knowledge: Working knowledge of the Internet.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions.
  • Client Needs: Ability to anticipate clients' needs.
  • Pressure Tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.
  • E-learning Industry: Experience in the e-learning industry will be preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Approaches work/responsibilities in a professional manner.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills.
  • Productivity: Capable of meeting productivity performance goals.
