Job Title: Logistics and Transportation Specialist

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics and Transportation Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network, from planning and coordination to execution and monitoring.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, including scheduling pickups and deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols.
  5. Provide training and guidance to new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of transportation management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
