A Global Supply Chain Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply planning efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute optimal supply plans for assigned categories, balancing cash, cost, and service metrics.
  • Analyze and approve scenarios within defined parameters to drive business growth.
  • Maintain visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) through data-driven dashboards and make informed decisions.
  • Design and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stockholding levels.
  • Lead the development of segmentation strategies and automation policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define planning horizons and drive day-to-day decision-making for assigned categories.
  • Promote continuous improvement and change management to drive sustainable results.
  • E nsure accurate and complete planning master data across all systems.
  • Leverage expertise to own activities from distribution and inventory or master planner roles as needed.
  • Foster a high-performing team of three, overseeing end-to-end planning functions across multiple areas.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years' experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or NPI, with manufacturing and commercial expertise as an advantage.
  • Proven leadership skills, including anticipating and shaping the future, resilience, and decision-making under ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with strong digital acumen.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and metrics, with proficiency in IWS, CI tools, and agile concepts.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including empowerment at all levels, developing teams and individuals, and delivering results.
Beneficial Experience:
  • Experience with ERP or planning systems, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics supply chains.
