Job Overview

The Field Dispatch Queue Manager oversees the entire process of field service requests, incidents, and problems. This role is responsible for managing support operations and scheduling to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, developing ticket escalation processes, and performing quality assurance checks.

This position requires strong organizational skills to oversee all requests, incidents, and problems while ensuring timely resolution. The successful candidate will be able to manage urgent and complicated support issues, act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents, and develop mature ticket escalation processes.

Assisting in determining root causes of issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, the Field Dispatch Queue Manager will be responsible for managing the scheduling of Field Technicians and providing onboarding, training, and support for new staff members.
