We are seeking a versatile and tech-savvy professional to manage the smooth execution of sales training programs. This role combines organizational, administrative, and creative responsibilities, focusing on managing video content production, program coordination, and client support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AI-enabled video tools, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and schedules for sales training sessions and related tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of program timelines and content delivery.
  • Organize client onboarding and ensure timely access to training materials.
  • Update task lists, schedules, and project reports using Microsoft Teams and Excel.
Video Production & Content Management:
  • Use AI-powered video tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen) to produce high-quality training videos from provided scripts.
  • Review and edit video content to ensure it aligns with company branding and training objectives.
  • Organize, upload, and maintain video content on Kajabi LMS for easy client access.
Client & LMS Support:
  • Handle client inquiries related to the LMS, including login assistance and user navigation.
  • Generate performance reports and share them with stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing client support to ensure smooth operation of training programs.
Creative Assistance:
  • Design visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for training sessions.
  • Offer feedback and ideas to improve video scripts and overall training content.
  • Bring a creative mindset to enhance the engagement and effectiveness of training.
Project Management:
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to streamline workflows and align project objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of content updates, feedback, and project outcomes.
