We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and be able to implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Conducting requirement-gathering sessions with functional stakeholders
* Understanding and documenting current state business processes (As-Is)
* Designing optimized future state processes (To-Be) using D365 capabilities
* Aligning business needs with standard D365 SCM functionalities
* Configuring and designing scalable and maintainable SCM solutions
* Creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for customizations and integrations
* Participating in solution architecture decisions and fit-gap analysis
* Implementing the following modules: Warehouse Management, Product Information Management, and Production Control
* Integrating and migrating data between systems
* Conducting testing and quality assurance activities
* Delivering training and support to business users and process owners
* Collaborating with change management teams to drive user adoption
* Monitoring system performance and suggesting automation or enhancements
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in D365 SCM and Dynamics AX 2012, as well as certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330). They should also have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead workshops and deliver client presentations.
