Merchandising Position in Karachi
A leading retail company in Karachi seeks a Contract Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product selection to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product selection and delivery ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer demands
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and delivery terms
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies for products

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in merchandising within the retail industry
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
