Medical Centre Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Centre Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the medical centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the medical centre, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided in accordance with established standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of doctors and staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive high-quality care, including managing patient records and coordinating referrals to specialist services.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the medical centre is complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on the performance of the medical centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBBS Degree: A degree in medicine from a recognized university.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • MCPS Preference: Candidates with MCPS (Master of Clinical Pathology Sciences) qualifications will be preferred.
