Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Parhlo. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  2. Communicate back to customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

Requirements:

  • A certified level of education.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • American or neutral accent preferred.
